Remove the head lift piece. This is done by lifting the black
plastic tab in the center and sliding it toward the back of the drive. The
black plastic piece will slde about half way off and lift up. DO NOT LIFT
the upper head by the tab. Just DO NOT DO IT. If you bend the head by lifting
it, you will most likly not be able to fix it. Below is the head lift peice
